Greetings and good wishes from Mysore. I am very happy to address each one of you through VIKASJYOTHI Newsletter.

VIKASJYOTHI is the name given to the newly created Mission Procure of the South West India Province as a Fransalian Resource Centre for Integral Human Development. The Executive Body consists of the Provincial as chairman with the Provincial Bursar and the Provincial Councillor in charge of Social and Innovative Ministries as ex-officio members besides the Director. This new venture located at the DeSales Bhavan in Mysore was formally established through a Provincial Decree dated 1st February 2018 (cf. Provincial Circular BK/26 dated 27 February 2018.
